The real question here is who had it coming: the boss or the employee? Sure, the boss crossed a line when she ate the Redditor's lunch and just said "oops" rather than apologizing and allowing her employee to go out and buy a new lunch. That's definitely not a good look.
However, the employee did sort of bury the lede here, didn't he? He called his boss a witch, which is obviously a controversial term with plenty of gendered implications. On top of that, he called her a witch after she implied at a work party that he had one too many drinks and shouldn't drive home. Honestly, that's not being a shady boss. That's being safe. Perhaps she should have made that comment in a less public way. I mean, this lady is clearly no saint. But if this encounter was the cause of the lunch-eating debacle, she very well may have been in the right at first.
